As stated on the main Maui Banyan page, the rates vary depending on season, length of stay, current specials, etc. However, the basic rates are as follows:
Winter Season: January 6th - March 31st: $135/night
Spring Season: April 1st - May 31st: $109/night
Summer Season: June 1st - August 31st: $115/night
Fall Season: September 1st - December 14th: $109/night
Holiday Season: December 15th - January 5th: $155/night
SPECIAL FOR LONGER STAYS: Any stay over 21 nights will receive a 10% discount on the nightly rate, and the cleaning/booking fees will be waived.

Okay, so you've looked at the calendar, and we don't have availability when you need it. Or, you really would prefer a condo that costs a little less, and can live with one bathroom. Please check out our Maui Vista tab, to see if that will work better for you. If neither option works, we are terribly sorry! You aren't out of options, though. If we just can't help you, that doesn't mean we don't want you to have the best possible condo you can find. So, follow the link below to our management company's main webpage. From there, you have many choices. You can search by size, by available date, whatever. Click the link below to take you there, and good luck with your search! Sorry we couldn't help more...
