Rental Policies:  

• All rates subject to 11.25% Hawaii State Tax.
• 20% Advance Payment Required with Reservation.
• Full pre-payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
• Cleaning/booking fees: $135
• Minimum 3 night stay required.
• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out time is 11:00 am. 
• LATE CHECK-OUTS MUST BE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE!!
• All rates and taxes are subject to change.
• No Smoking and No Pets are allowed.

     
    
    Refund Policy:   
For cancellations received less than 60 days from arrival date or after arrival date, payments will be retained.  If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.  Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee.
